Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

Once you email to order The Power of MORE and your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with order details. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday).

2. Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched from Chennai, Tamil Nadu within 3–5 business days of confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with expected delivery information.

3. Delivery timeframes

Within India, deliveries typically arrive within 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination pin code. Metro and major city locations are usually faster.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges within India are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any additional charges will always be confirmed with you before dispatch.

5. Delays

Delivery times are estimates. In case of courier or postal delays beyond our control, we will keep you informed and provide tracking details wherever available.

6. Incorrect or damaged deliveries

If your book arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, email us at manojkumarr.69@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund as described in the Return and Refund Policy.
