Return and Refund Policy

1. Books — damaged or defective

If your copy of The Power of MORE arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at manojkumarr.69@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

2. Change of mind

As books are physical goods, we can accept returns for a refund within 7 days of delivery if the book is unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

3. Training programmes

For training, coaching and speaking engagements, cancellation and refund terms are agreed in the written proposal or contract. Generally, cancellations made 7 or more days before the programme date receive a full refund; cancellations within 7 days may be rescheduled rather than refunded.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
